Refund Policy -  RN MARKET does not offer any refunds for any of its courses, workshops, or certifications unless Refund Insurance is purchased. If you paid a deposit for a seminar date but are unable to attend that seminar date, you will receive a credit to be used towards any other course date depending on availability. If your reservation for a seminar date is paid in full but you are unable to attend, your reservation may be rescheduled for another date. This policy is necessary because of the small sizes of each seminar. When you reserve a seat, you prevent anyone else from getting that seat. If you were to cancel at the last minute, it is harder for us to find someone else to fill the seat. If a seat is empty, the class effectiveness may be affected.

Disputes & Disagreements - Florida law shall apply to any remedies and/or disputes related to our agreement. The only venue for any legal action shall be Hillsborough County, Florida.

Certifications & Certificates- All certifications and certificates are issued and owned by LNI Institute, Inc. All certifications issued by LNI Isntitute, Inc. are to be represented with the best behavior by the certified party. LNI Institute has the right to revoke any certification due to misconduct or irresponsible behavior in any way by the certified party. LNI Institute, Inc. will use its own discretion as to what certifications are revoked and what behavior is considered inexcusable.
